Is there something in your life that you could probably use less of? Whether that be technology, alcohol, caffeine, or prescription drugs, there are so many of us that have formed bad habits, that we no longer recognize what we have lost control over. Moderation in all things in life is an important thing to learn, because as I have gotten older, I have learned that too much of anything can be bad. Lack of balance can lead to addiction. So at what point does a habit become a problem, and at what point do we need to address it? Moderation is a good thing to practice at all ages, and in everything we do.
